  • employers’ and employees’ basic obligations towards each other;

  • progressive discipline;

  • wrongful dismissal;

  • discrimination, harassment, and employee safety under federal and Ontario law;

  • workplace investigations;

  • differences on and off-reserve;

  • the development of policies in the employment context;

  • other important issues facing Indigenous employers.
